Hi, I Am 32 Years Old, I Weigh 115 Lbs.

hi, I am 32 years old, I weigh 115 lbs. I was recently seen at local ED for pain and bloating in abdomen. I was told I was constipated and to take Golytely and an enema and was sent home. It has been about 5 days and I now look as though I am 8 months pregnant and have severe pain, bruising on the abdominal wall cavity. I also have been pooping large blood clots and now have burgundy stool wrapped in black clots. I have a resting heart rate of 170 and am short of breath. I have been taking a lot of advil for the pain, could I have an internal bleed?
