Hi , I Am 34 Years With Normal Child Of

hi , I am 34 years with normal child of 3 years and currenly pregnant with second baby.
19 weeks ultrasound shows left pelvicalyceal system dilated measuring 7.8 mm , surrounding renal cortex appears echogenic.
right kidnet not in right renal fossa , however a reniform structure seen in right pelvis.and is derving blood supply from right common iliac artery, suggestive of malascended kidneyIn addition significant oligohydramnios and small bladder .
