Hi, I Am 38 Years Old From Kenya And Have

hi, I am 38 years old from Kenya and have been trying to conceive for 3 years now. had an HSG test done and both my tubes and blocked and was told that the only way to conceive is through IVF. Can one get pregnant through IVF with blocked tubes or must I have surgery to remove the blockage before my IVF?
