Hi I Am 39 And I Suffer With A Degenerative

hi I am 39 and I suffer with a degenerative disc, have had this for 16 years I did and an operation but slipped another one soon after surgery, in the last month or so my pain has got worse even my pain relief doesn't work anymore in the last two weeks, I have lost weight, have had spotting of blood my lady parts and my legs have been feeling really weak and shaky I am worried I would be grateful for some advice
