Hi I Am 6 Days Post Op A Breast Reduction

hi I am 6 days post op a breast reduction and my breasts are itching like crazy. it's all I can do not to touch them. it's the worst it's been, I was out and about running a few errands. could activity be causing this? what is actually going on physiologically to cause this problem and what do you recommend for a solution-if any. they look good, minimal bruising, had lipo on sides. all anchor incisions look good as best I can tell looking through the tape
