Hi I Am A 23 Year Old Female With PCOS

hi I am a 23 year old female with PCOS I am on a birth control pill but missed a few days here and there this month...I stopped taking the pill completely two days ago and am experiencing a withdrawal bleed but am confused because I have also been experiencing breast tenderness/soreness as well as other symptoms are these symptoms from stopping the pill or could I possibly be pregnant??
