Hi, I Am A 23 Years Girl. Last Month My

hi, I am a 23 years girl. Last month my period stopped on 18-19 sep. And it still doesn't occur. So, I tested my pregnancy test through urine and it is ppositive now. I also test usg test at lower abdomen, but, usg says - "cavity is empty. Impression: Thickness endometrium (15 mm). Otherwise normal." Now what can I do??? plz help
