Hi, I Am A 28 Years Old Female Suffering From

hi, I am a 28 years old female suffering from UTI for past few months, I have done urine test that results in accumulation of plenty of PUS cells, then have undergone through culture and sensitivity test , but it reveals nothing, m taking Alkasol now, there's no pain but the urine appears to be cloudy, do I still have the infection?
