Hi I Am A 39 Yr Old Woman I Have

hi I am a 39 yr old woman I have a son this time my period was delayed for 45 days initially I thought I am pregnant but I dint have a positive pregnancy test so my doctor ordered for ultrasound and blood test. The blood test came negative for pregnancy but ultrasound results show two tiny cysts in ovaries and a nodule. I am having sharp pain where I pee sometimes and also below my belly button right now iam having heavy period for the past 6 days . I am feeling tired feverish and bloated and nauseaus too. Ismy condition serious?
