Hi I Am A 57 Year Old Female 12 Year

hi I am a 57 year old female 12 year breast cancer survivor for the last several weeks I get the chills all the time but have no other symptoms - I have noticed a few bruises and have been keeping an eye on them. Yes the weather is colder but I dress accordingly and the heat in my home is at 69-70. I have had to an extra blankets to my bed I am wondering if there is a vitamin deficiency that could be causing this
