Hi I Am A Student But Am Finding It Hard

hi I am a student but am finding it hard to hear I feel like my ears having a blocked sensation and I get a lot of pain in my inner ear canal during the day but it can last for hours

people say I mumble I find it hard to hear my teacher sat school as well so I don't know how to make it easier for me and to catch up with my work we also work in a busy, loud classroom which doesn't help, but we do have RBHIP (resource base for hearing impaired pupils)but I cant use that resource as I haven't been diagnosed with hearing loss even thought we've been to the audiologist a few times but they say "THERES NOTHING WRONG!!!!"

I also had to learn sign language (bsl) because of my difficulties, but I DONT KNOW NOW WHAT TO DO and how to fix it at school or at home!!!!
