Hi , I Am Experiencing Pain In The Concha Region

hi , I am experiencing pain in the concha region of my ear. I have regular sinusis and I m taking no medicines for that. whenever the sinus gets uncontrollable I take steams and all. I can feel thick cold flowing through my throat everytime.
this is not the cause of concern right now.
the problem is the pain in concha.
never went to any ENT and this pain comes and goes for like a long time. like really long
