Hi , I Am Feeling Some Pain On Left Side

hi , I am feeling some pain on left side of my throart . when touching with fingers at said position it hurts, and also when moving my neck left ,right or up it pains. i dont feel any diffculties in swalloing . would you tell me is it any kind of infection or stiffness ?
