hi, I am female, 34y.o. It's been the 2nd day, I got pain on my upper abdomen.2 nights ago at 1a.m, suddenly ache like somebody punch it. but I did not take any drug. then in the morning, I decided to take nexium 24hours, but did not help, then the pharmacist recommend me to take ranittidine otc, I took 150mg. and it helps for couple hours, and started pain again, on and off. and this morning I took it again nexium and ranittidine, it works like before on and off. and make me tired, feel wanna faint. now I have my dinner, it feels like punch on my upper abdomen.
