Hi I Am Female. Approximately A Month Ago I Felt

I am female. Approximately a month ago I felt ache in my anus and I noticed a hard bulging like in the anal opening. At the very start not too inside.
I ignored and thought it to be the symptom of piles. I have had constipation problem and I tried to cure it as I thought it was due to constipation. Now I dont feel pain but a hard bulging is still there.
What is it ?
