Hi I Am Female And At The Age Of 37

hi I am female and at the age of 37 years old. Just gave birth and got a baby boy 3 weeks ago. i feel good and also my baby. However, I feel a so itchy at one side of my genital lips. I am afraid to have a look but when I feel it it feels like a long rash. I thought it was the stitches but it's not. This while after labor, I was given an itchy spray. so after I peed, I will washed my private part with warm water by using cleansing spray bottle and later spray it with the itchy spray before wearing a pad. I always changed my pad whenever I peed. My question is : Is the spray making the area more itchy? How do I deal with this? What is Dr recommendation of cream or etc to put on the itcy area because I am really not comfortable?TQ
