Hi I Am From A Village Of India. My Mother

hi I am from a village of India. my mother feel a lot of tired after laterine as much as she can't able to stand. This happens at 1 am to 6 am in the morning. This is from the last 6 month. We consult with a lot of doctors but didn't get any solution till now. Please help me.
