Hi, I Am Having A Lot Of Numbness And Tingling

hi, I am having a lot of numbness and tingling in my legs, feet, fingers toes and face. I also have memory loss and vision loss. to name a few. I also suffer from severe migraines. ive been told by a friend of mine that has chiari malformation that my symptoms sound just like hers. what are the possibilities? how soon would i need to be treated if so?
