Hi, I Am Having Meniscus Surgery In Two Weeks, It

hi, I am having meniscus surgery in two weeks, it doesn't hurt much during the day but at night it hurts so bad that I am unable to sleep, is there anything that I can do. The Dr. did not give me anything for pain so the only thing in the house is over the counter stuff.
