Hi I Am On 8mg Of Buprenorphine/naloxone Films And Chlonazapam

hi I am on 8mg of buprenorphine/naloxone films and chlonazapam 2mgs twice a day as well as Celexa 40 mgs a day..i will be out of my Klonopin for 6 days before refill..i do have 800 mg Neurontins..and I weigh 170 lbs...can I use the Gabapentin/Neuro to help with Benzo withdrawls? if so how much is safe and hopefully not have to go thru Neurontin withdrwls once I am back on my Klonopins..they work great for my anxiety I was iagnosed with back in 1999...please help asap as the dreaded day w/o benzos is tomorrow...thank you so much
