Hi I Am Wondering If I Should See My Doctor.

hi I am wondering if I should see my doctor. My concern is that I have had the Mirena IUD inserted about 6 months ago and of course I had bleeding, cramping etc. but recently(this past weekend about 3-4 days ago) I started getting headaches, dark brown pretty much black discharge, forgetfulness, fatigue, and agitation(mood swings), abdominal & back pain and a little pain during intercourse. I am a little concerned now and im not sure what I should do??
