Hi, I Ate Some Salad ( Lettuce Tomatos )with Ranch

hi, I ate some salad ( lettuce tomatos )with ranch dressing about 4 hours ago. two hours I began to feel intense stomach pain, gas production burping. I tried to throw up, but can't. then took two simethicone tablets, which seems to provide temporary relief. but now pain is back and moving further down.
