Hi I Been Taking Massive Pain Pills For Years, And

hi I been taking massive pain pills for years, and haven't had blood tested for almost 2 1/2 years. In the last 1 1/2 I have expirenced leg swelling ( my dr thought it was me retaining fluid, Im on lasic 80 mg. still swollen. my right side hurts more then tender I cant lay on my right side or my back. my left shoulder I cant even move it hardly. theres no reasons they can find why it started hurting. been hurting for 1 year. therapy aggravated it I have very loose stools, I feel like throwing up, all the time, and now the last week or so Im so dizzy I feel like I'm floating out of my chair and my bed. what is wrong with me?
