Hi ,I Drink Alcohol Most Of My Life (17-40) Sometimes

hi ,I drink alcohol most of my life (17-40) sometimes more sometime less but lately I feel nauseated after small amount of alcohol what I use to drink. My blood test show (liver enzymes) normal, I don't have HEP C or any liver disease, ultrasound not shoving any abnormalities, I eat healthy drink a lot of water a take supplements. The nauseated state accelerate when I'm in hot temperature(like having a drink on a beach) can you please advise me what I could be experiencing ,because is now happening more and more starting 3 years ago.
