Hi, I Fell And Hit My Shoulder Pretty Hard. It

hi, I fell and hit my shoulder pretty hard. It has been about 3 weeks and less pain and swelling, but still rattles and clicks. The impact was directly on top where there were pointy bones that I don't really feel there anymore. I can move it pretty well for the most part, but still painful in certain positions and can't sleep on that side. I am in between jobs and currently no insurance. can you give me some advice PLEASE!
