Hi.. I Felt Fine Saturday. I Woke Up Sunday Feeling

hi.. I felt fine Saturday. I woke up Sunday feeling like crap. I got the chills and then warm. I threw up a couple of times. I also noticed when I peed it was a bloody pee. Monday I woke feeling better but my lower back was hurting. I was throwing up but still my urine had blood in it. Today I feel nausea and tired light blood in my urine.
