Hi, I Get Lot Of Sneezing During Morning And Evening

hi, I get lot of sneezing during morning and evening times with running nose. i have extra cough built up which comes out. This has happened first time and in this winter to summer transition time. i am 43 yrs old. I generally take cetrizine whenever this happens. i have taken honey lemon water, steaming on and off. ( not very regular). i was not sensitive to the allergies at all. is it because of aging? pls. suggest some permanent solution.
