Hi I Got A Little Scab Breakout On My Face

hi I got a little scab breakout on my face if that makes sense..., its happened a few times already and it takes up to 4 weeks to heal. the scab is open looking even though I don't touch it and looks deep I don't know if its something I'm using (makeup) but is there some kind of cream I can apply to help speed up the process its really ugly
