Hi, I Had A 3rd And Last C-section With Tubal

hi, I had a 3rd and last C-section with tubal ligation on October 1st 2015 and the 2nd one was 6 years ago. My 1st period (12/05/15) was very heavy and I was not too concerned because that had happened before with my second child . However I am very puzzled with the intermittent and unpredictable bleeding in between . See I've only had sex 3 times since the surgery ..... it's painful and I bled afterwards .....I am scarred for how this may affect my marriage ..... I constantly wear a pad just in case bleeding occur and have no desire for intimacy... please help!
