Hi, I Had A CT Scan With Contrast Done And

hi, I had a CT scan with Contrast done and was told that it showed some kind of emphasima but I have never smoke and do have some shortness of breath but thought it was my heart caused it felt like flutters, i don't know what to think. They did find that I do have an enlarge heart too.
