Hi, I Had A Full Knee Replacement About 11 Months

hi, I had a full knee replacement about 11 months ago.
I stepped off a ladder earlier today and missed the bottom step. My new knee that has been doing very good was bent back much further than it has ever been bent. Could I have caused damage to the knee and the inplant device?
