Hi I Had A Go Kart And Was Doing About

hi I had a go kart and was doing about 70 mph when I hit a fire hydren it came to a complete stop like right now ,my head hit the side of the seat and split my ear wide open and I also had a big goose egg on the side that hit right behind my ear and neck since then my balance has been off and my moods go all over the place this happened about 2 years ago but the side of my head where I had the goose egg hurts from time to time could I of had a concussion
