Hi I Had A Monarc Sling Inserted 4 Weeks Ago

hi I had a monarc sling inserted 4 weeks ago and felt great....I can pee well and have absolutely no trouble with incontinence. the doctor instructed us to wait for 4 weeks before trying intercourse. so we did it. It feels a bit different, not painful really. however this morning I started bleeding. its been steady all day. bright blood. I am a bit crampy too. I am 53 and my last period was a light one in June and the last heavy one was in January. so I am not sure what this bleeding is. Should I worry. I see the ob/gyn on Wednesday next week for post op.
