Hi. I Had Sex Saturday/Sunday And It Didn't Hurt. This

hi. I had sex Saturday/Sunday and it didn't hurt. This morning, it hurt when I urinated and upon looking I have what look like abrasions on the inner lips of my vagina, and some blood. Prior to sex I actively biked (without cushioned bike shorts) for over an hour, so I'm wondering if that could have done it or if sex could have done it. I did not use a condom as I have an IUD. Any thoughts on how to treat the abrasions or the cause? Thanks.
