Hi.. I Had Sex With My Boyfriend And He Fingered

hi.. I had sex with my boyfriend and he fingered me a lot.. when he was fingering me it started hurting and feeling uncomfortable.. after sex or during I got my period.. now my vaginal walls feel almost numb to touch I have no feeling but if I put my finger up there it feels very rough everywhere and like a chewed up feeling.. also like it's been ripped and now slowly disintegrating.. what should I do!? also if I got my period during sex with no protection is there a high chance of me getting pregnant?
