Hi I Had Went To The Hospita Last Night Because

hi I had went to the hospita last night because I had felt like I couldn't breathe or calm downand it lasted for over 5 hours and for a long time I haven't been getting much sleep they had diagnosed me with generalized anxiety disorder and they needed me to follow up with a doctor, unfortunately it is Sunday and I can't find a doctor open I am stressing put bad because If there is no one I can see today I fear I will have a severe attack tomorrow during the storm so I may not be able to get anywhere plus I still cannot get any sleep I haven't slept at all yesterday or today
