Hi I Have A Question About Plaquenil. I Am 82

hi I have a question about plaquenil. I am 82 yrs od and have started having severe hotflashes just like menopause. Ihad a complete hyterectomy when I was 30. Uterus,tubes and ovaries. My Dr. says no, but i have heard many women say yes to this medicine question. what else could I do. They wake me up I turn the fan on then after awhile I turn it off I'm freezing. I have to have water to Drink and a trip to the bathroom.
