Hi I Have A Really Itchy Part On My Breast

hi I have a really itchy part on my breast near the bottom of my breast up to my nipple area along with an itch armpit on the same side, Ido have a problem with eczema so I thought it was the same thing I've since looked in mirror and it's not the same looking as my itchy eczema, I'm 37 having this problem for over 6 months using my eczema cream on it which gives me temporary reliefe but it's so red and itchy but it comes and goes sometimes my nipple is very itch too, I've done a feel test and I don't think there's a lump so I think it's just my silly skin should I get it checked out or am I over reacting, thanks for any feed back
