Hi I Have A Scab Down On The Bottom Part

hi I have a scab down on the bottom part of the ear lobe and if I pick the scab off something sticky comes back out and forms another scab and I've put Neosporin on it and nothing is helping it and I am afraid that it may be cancer being that it will not go away. Also it bleeds when I pick it off.
