Hi, I Have A Sharp Pain In My Left Shoulder

hi, I have a sharp pain in my left shoulder that only comes when I move in certain positions and when I lay on left shoulder the sharp pain gets extremely worse and travels down to my chest and lung area until I roll off shoulder and onto my back the pain disappears. only started happening yesterday
