Hi I Have A Small Red Patch Which Has Formed

hi I have a small red patch which has formed on my face. This occured when I was accidently pinching my skin. I think its some of internal bleeding which turned into a small blood clot. I tried ice and cold water but none of them worked. Any recommendations?
