Hi I Have Been Diagnosed With Pcos For Quite Some

hi I have been diagnosed with pcos for quite some time, my husband and I are trying to conceive. well I started metformin last month after my period, this month around the time last month I started spotting dark brown blood and that went on for two weeks then the other day right before I quit spotting all the way I came up with a yeast infection any input would be appreciated. thank you
