Hi I Have Been Experiencing Inner Ear Fluid For About

hi I have been experiencing inner ear fluid for about 3 months and I have vtaken Zyrtec,Sudafed and now I'm taking Medrol and Flonase which seemed to help before in the past I went to the doctor 2 days ago and they cleaned my ears for wax useing somewhere type of pressure wash now my ears are irritated again with fluid in them should I try the Flonase and Medrol again and if so how long should it take before I feel some type of relief I have an appointment for an ENT specialist a month away but I need some relief now
