Hi I Have Been Getting Treatment For The Past Three

hi I have been getting treatment for the past three years of ureathrea discharge. sometimes it stops but just for a few days and the pain will be back. now my testicles are swollen and there is pain we did a swab test and the bacteria is only reactive to fusidic acid which is not available in our country is there any substation for this drug. I also had a scan and it says I have a thick layer in the bladder could this be caused by that disease. can someone be affected by this disease for 20years
