Hi I Have Been On Metformin Since 2012 And Continue

hi I have been on metformin since 2012 and continue at this stage. I have been difficulties with walking and getting out of my chair (feel like an eighty year old woman). I have had an ultrasound, angio gram on vascular system, heart ultra sound neck artery ultrasound and seen a neurologist and so far no diagnosis other than everything is ok. I have done my own research and was wondering if I have myostosis or polymyostosis due to metformin if I go off the medication once my weight and sugars have stabilised will the syptoms go away???
