Hi, I Have Been On Microgynon30 For A Matter Of

hi, I have been on microgynon30 for a matter of months but have forgotten to take the pill a couple of times. this month my period was very heavy and crampy and a small pink/flesh almost see through thing came out of me. It has blood coming through and is almost seahorse shaped, kind of like a peanut. I was wondering if it is possible that I miscarried because I had sex around my ovulation and I did miss pills.
