Hi, I Have Been Taking Metoprolol And Doc Recently Added

hi, I have been taking metoprolol and doc recently added hydrochlorothiazide for fluid retention. It does help with my blood pressure, however, I've had a persistent cough with post nasal drip and coughing up phlegm for about 4-6 months. I've had sinus stuffiness for a while. I'm wondering if medicines could be the cause?
