Hi I Have Been Treated For Prostate Cancer With External

hi I have been treated for prostate cancer with external radiation 20 yrs, ago, but my PSA is slowly climbing up , it is now 5.2 and my uriologist wants to traet me with hormon terapy, which I am not in agreement do to new findings with dementia. Can yuo give me some advice.
