Hi, I Have Been Working All Day Cleaning A Garage

I have been working all day cleaning a garage and when I came inside I had a jagged light that stayed on my left eye in the periphery for about ten to fifteen minutes. Afterwards I developed a headache which is still going on after twenty minutes. I have never had anything like this before. I worry about my Retina being torn since I have type II diabetes.
