Hi I Have Chronic Pain Due To An Allergy From

hi I have chronic pain due to an allergy from an antibiotic that landed in my lower back which has a bulging and degenerating disc. I have been on morphine sulf er 65 mg 3 times a day, along with 300 mg lyrica and 500 mg napraxon. I have been off the morphine for a year due to the high dose which made my copd worse.i am in so much pain I can hardly sit, can't stand for very long,my lower back is tight with pain, my legs and feet are constantly burning. the lyrica and napraxon feel useless now, I have been on those for 2 years. I do not know what would work. please advise.
